Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive solutions through agile methodologies
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members, translating complex concepts into actionable plans
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products/services with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in relevant field (MBA/MS Tech/Engineering preferred)
