Qualifications

- Published research in Nature or Science journals (2019-2023)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network ethics, or green tech
- Track record of securing $5M+ in government/industry grants
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
