Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning and technology forecasting to identify disruptive innovations
- Develop implementation roadmaps for pilot programs and commercialization strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align technology development with market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven initiatives
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts
