Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record of launching AI/ML or quantum computing solutions
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and market disruption patterns

- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping in regulated industries
