Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) targeting 2026 implementation horizons
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and trend forecasting to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into core business operations
- Develop KPI frameworks and measurement systems for innovation portfolio performance
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investment committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Maintain competitive intelligence through continuous research and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused technologies or products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CSM) or technology strategy preferred
