- Create 5-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs and risk assessments
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof solutions into existing architectures
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive market opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers on emerging technology best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 enterprise-level tech innovations
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR
- Strong data modeling and statistical analysis skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and technology lifecycle management
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., CTO, CTM)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
