Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology adoption across quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess market viability
- Develop innovation roadmaps with 18-36 month timelines and ROI projections
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity and adoption metrics
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, or neurotech
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of launching innovative products or services
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in emerging tech or strategy (e.g., TOGAF, AI Ethics) a plus
