Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across enterprise operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark against future industry disruptors
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships and pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and future readiness metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching innovative products/services in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Forrester Wave)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental teams
- Prior work in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or defense) preferred
