Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize future technology investments
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven insights

Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience building innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
