Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, prioritizing AI, quantum, and blockchain integrations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future tech concepts in rapid innovation sprints
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic investment decisions
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen computational systems and human-machine interfaces
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Foster an innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and industry partnerships
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem scanning and academic collaborations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record launching at least two enterprise-scale AI or quantum solutions
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum algorithms, or Web3
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience building multi-year tech roadmaps
- Strong background in intellectual property strategy and technology commercialization
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry conferences
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $50M and cross-functional teams of 50+
