- Architect innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Partner with R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable projects
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of industry futurists and academic partners
- Drive adoption of cutting-edge tools across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching futuristic initiatives (quantum/AI projects preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- C-level strategic planning experience with $50M+ budgets
- Certifications in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight highly valued
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
