Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technological advancements, regulatory changes, and market shifts to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to drive consensus on future initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal pilot programs for emerging technologies to test feasibility and ROI.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate the ethical and operational implications of new tech adoption, ensuring compliance and sustainability.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key players in the tech ecosystem, including startups and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a strategic, high-level technical role within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, or Quantum Computing principles.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating long-term visions into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
