Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven 10-year future forecasting track record
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent domain expertise
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI alignment or quantum supremacy
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Solidity)
- Portfolio of deployed systems processing >1 petabyte of real-time data
- Security clearance for national innovation infrastructure projects
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA grant cycles and regulatory compliance
