- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into core products
- Identify strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech leaders
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in quantum computing
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $10M+ R&D budget for future technology incubation
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or space tech
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or government grants
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies
