Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive tech trends and opportunities
- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring tech adoption impact
- Present strategic vision to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial acumen for tech investment analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
