Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Expertise in agile development for experimental projects
- Strong financial modeling skills for high-risk tech investments
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy preferred)
