- Present technology assessments to executive leadership and investment committees
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, R&D consortia, and tech incubators
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with measurable ROI tracking
- Anticipate ethical and regulatory implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with patent analytics and technology valuation frameworks
- Network of connections within global innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, universities)
