Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2030 horizon) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum applications for enterprise markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech innovators
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and resource optimization for future-tech initiatives
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and quantum computing adoption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CTO-equivalent roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario planning
