Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI/quantum/IoT convergence solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, spatial web) for competitive advantage
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present future tech strategies to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-casting methodologies and ethical tech governance
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2026-specific challenges: climate resilience, hyper-personalization, and decentralized systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
