Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to forecast technological trends and establish a strategic framework for the upcoming year.
- Lead AI Integration: Architect and oversee the deployment of advanced AI models that are tailored for the specific needs of 2026 workflows.
- Quantum Readiness: Assess current systems for scalability and prepare our architecture for the integration of quantum computing paradigms.
- Sustainability & Tech: Implement green technology initiatives to ensure our digital operations meet aggressive carbon neutrality goals by 2026.
- Innovation Labs: Lead a cross-functional team in prototyping and testing cutting-edge technologies before full-scale rollout.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role directing high-impact technology projects.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, Kubernetes, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
