Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with 2026 business objectives, focusing on AI integration and automation.
- Architecture Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, resilient microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research, prototype, and validate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) to ensure our platform remains competitive.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Demonstrated experience integrating Machine Learning models into production environments and a strong grasp of LLMs and Generative AI trends.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
