Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI, machine learning, and quantum readiness.
- Architect robust, scalable systems capable of handling next-gen computational loads and data privacy standards.
- Lead high-level technical decision-making and mentor senior engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation.
- Identify emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product management and R&D to translate futuristic concepts into viable engineering specifications.
- Establish security and compliance frameworks for future-proof systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and emerging quantum computing concepts.
- Strong understanding of system design principles, scalability patterns, and security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
