Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Proven track record of launching scalable commercial tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong background in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Certifications in agile innovation frameworks (e.g., Scaled Agile)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
