As a key player in our R&D division, you will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core infrastructure to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation.

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify and integrate emerging technologies that align with our long-term business goals.
- Technical Leadership: Architect scalable systems and oversee the development of prototypes for next-generation solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to drive buy-in.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights for product development.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Proof of Concept (PoC): Design and execute PoCs for high-risk, high-reward technologies to validate their feasibility.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or product management within a high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies to drive business value.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
