Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural vision for AI products leading up to the 2026 product release cycle.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, design, and deployment of neural networks.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for AI engineering.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in the roadmap early in the development cycle.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and deploying machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading technical roadmaps and mentoring engineering teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on futuristic and scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
