Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define questions, determine data requirements, and manage data assets.
- Perform statistical analysis and create detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for management.
- Assist in the automation of data collection processes to improve efficiency.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in all reporting outputs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, functions) is essential.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
