Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop clear, intuitive visualizations and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and summaries for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Database Support: Support the data engineering team by running queries and maintaining database documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is required.
- SQL Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts is a plus, but we provide training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
