Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Assist in the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and visualizations that communicate complex data findings to non-technical team members.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data processes, scripts, and methodologies used for analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. (Graduates welcome).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Programming Basics: Familiarity with SQL or Python is a strong plus, but we will provide training.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking skills and the ability to break down complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data insights effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy when handling data.
