Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of complex datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance and user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into actionable, non-technical business insights.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for the team.
- Perform routine data audits to ensure compliance with data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Familiarity with SQL and basic database querying is preferred (comprehensive training provided for the right candidate).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation functions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with large volumes of data accurately under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to diverse audiences.
- Basic knowledge of statistical concepts and data visualization principles.
