Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from multiple sources and perform rigorous cleaning and validation to ensure high-quality datasets.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical models and techniques to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Familiarity with Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables) and at least one visualization tool (PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to think critically and logically to solve problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple insights.
