Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, organize, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Report Generation: Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, making complex data accessible to non-technical teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Database Management: Assist in querying databases using SQL to extract specific data sets required for ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and basic knowledge of SQL is highly preferred.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex information and break it down into understandable components.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to a non-technical audience.
