We are seeking a visionary and analytical leader to join our executive team as the Director of Strategic Intelligence. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for mapping the technological and business landscape to ensure Chronos Ventures remains at the forefront of innovation leading up to and through the year 2026. You will define the long-term vision, identifying emerging trends in AI, blockchain, and synthetic biology to drive our strategic roadmap.

Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the development of our 3-year strategic vision, analyzing macroeconomic trends and technological disruptions.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast their impact on the market.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic insights to the C-suite and board of directors with clarity and precision.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee pilot programs and R&D initiatives focused on high-impact future technologies.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analyses on competitor strategies and market positioning to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with thought leaders and futurists to expand our network.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or high-level corporate strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technological paradigms, specifically AI and automation.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize large datasets and identify patterns.
- Communication: Excellent public speaking and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
