Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive scenario planning and trend analysis for the 2026–2030 timeframe, identifying key disruptors.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Bio-AI) and assess their potential impact on our industry.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions.
- Develop strategic roadmaps that align technological foresight with organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Present visionary insights and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a network of thought leaders, futurists, and industry experts to fuel continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or futurism.
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting industry trends and adapting business strategies accordingly.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) in a relevant field such as Technology Management, Economics, or Strategic Studies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, strategic narratives.
- Strong leadership presence with experience managing high-level projects and diverse teams.
