Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Design and develop complex data models, dashboards, and reports using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for stakeholders.
- Partner with business units to understand data needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Maintain and update documentation regarding data sources and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL (writing queries, stored procedures) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience creating interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment is a plus.
