Responsibilities
- Analyze Data Sets: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic business planning and budgeting.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data processes and propose solutions to streamline operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to align data strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
