Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, cleanse, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact business performance.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present data findings to stakeholders.
- Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement in data workflows and implement scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages. Experience with visualization tools is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business-relevant insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
