Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business decisions
- Create and maintain automated dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time data visualization
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from relational databases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and build comprehensive reporting frameworks
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support marketing, operations, and financial initiatives
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, compelling data narratives
- Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and accuracy using Python/R scripting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) data services preferred
