As a Weekend Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, generating performance reports, and providing critical support to our operations team during non-standard business hours. Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support weekend business operations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Perform data cleaning, normalization, and validation to ensure high-quality data for reporting.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain and optimize database queries using SQL to improve data retrieval speed and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably within a weekend shift or 24/7 operations environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts and communicate effectively with the team.
