Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns in weekend operational performance.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to drive business strategy and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast trends and support resource allocation for weekend shifts.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data extraction.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear business insights.
