What You Will Do:
- Perform in-depth data analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase team efficiency.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner.
Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources.
- Visualization: Create compelling visual reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and trends.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly analytical reports for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining database structures and ensuring data integrity.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting workflows and propose data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing queries, joins, subqueries).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work the weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday).
