Responsibilities
- Data Processing & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality data integrity for reporting.
- Advanced Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and BI tools to track KPIs and business trends.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on historical data to identify patterns, anomalies, and growth opportunities for the business.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Database Management: Monitor database performance and troubleshoot data pipelines during non-peak hours to ensure seamless weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors in data sets and maintain strict accuracy standards.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
