Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Data: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create clear, compelling, and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across various systems and databases, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection processes and improve overall data quality.
- Forecasting: Develop statistical models to forecast business trends and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying), Python or R (scripting), and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Availability: Must be available to work a full-time schedule that includes weekends (Saturdays/Sundays).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and a strong focus on data quality.
