Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis: Clean, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business performance.
- Visualize insights: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Data integrity management: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all data sources through rigorous validation processes.
- Support strategic initiatives: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations that enhance operational efficiency.
- Automate reporting: Develop automated scripts and SQL queries to streamline data extraction and reporting workflows.
- Stakeholder communication: Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and non-technical manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with Excel.
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work a full-time weekend schedule (Saturday/Sunday) with Monday-Friday off.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems using data.
