Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in weekly business operations.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for weekend reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data requirements.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support decision-making processes and forecast future trends based on historical data.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting critical insights and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with exposure to weekend or shift-based reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data scripting and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
