Responsibilities
- Extract & Clean Data: Gather and process large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- SQL Proficiency: Write complex queries to extract specific data points and perform ad-hoc analysis.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI for executive stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns and trends in historical data to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to explain data findings and suggest process improvements.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy preferred).
- Tools: Experience with Tableau or Power BI required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
