Responsibilities
- Analyze complex retail datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Develop automated reporting dashboards that track KPIs for 15+ major retail partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot anomalies in large-scale transactional databases
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Maintain documentation of analysis methodologies and data sources
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics and visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Proven ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences
