Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on historical data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- SQL Querying: Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and insights to non-technical and technical teams clearly and concisely.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements based on data insights to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in large datasets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday and Sunday).
