Responsibilities
- Data Ingestion & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize KPIs and track performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization based on data-driven evidence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data extraction. Experience with Python or R is a strong plus.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated expertise in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
