- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Strong knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools.
- Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
