Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to uncover business insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product features
- Collaborate with marketing/sales teams to track KPIs and campaign performance
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to ensure real-time data accessibility
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development skills
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills translating complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Ability to prioritize tasks in deadline-driven environments
